This Shipping Policy explains how Caliber processes and ships orders within the United States.

1. Shipping Destination

Caliber currently ships orders to customers in the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the customer’s address, carrier coverage, product availability, and fulfillment conditions.

2. Order Processing

After an order is placed, we review and process the order for payment confirmation, fraud prevention, inventory allocation, and fulfillment preparation.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order is shipped and tracking becomes available.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is:

9 to 21 business days

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high order volume, customs processing when applicable, address issues, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, when applicable, are shown at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Promotional free shipping may be offered from time to time and may be subject to conditions.

5. Tracking Information

Once tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the tracking number is created, depending on the carrier and fulfillment stage.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Caliber is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a customer notices an address error, they should contact us immediately at concierge@calibertimepieces.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but the customer did not receive it, the customer should first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, and the local carrier.

Caliber may assist with reviewing the tracking information, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Shipping Delays

We work to fulfill orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

If an order is significantly delayed, customers may contact us at concierge@calibertimepieces.com for assistance. If we cannot meet the stated shipping timeframe, we will provide updated information and available options as required by applicable law.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated and displayed at checkout.

If any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees apply, they may be collected at checkout or by the carrier depending on the shipment and applicable regulations.
