Thank you for shopping with Caliber. We want customers to feel confident when purchasing from our store. This Refund Policy explains our return, exchange, and refund conditions.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • Free from scratches, damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, boxes, protective materials, and accessories.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at concierge@calibertimepieces.com with:

  • Order number.
  • Full name.
  • Email used at checkout.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Caliber is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please email concierge@calibertimepieces.com with photos or videos showing the issue. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair solution, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that show signs of use or wear.
  • Items damaged by misuse, impact, water exposure, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or protective materials.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items, when clearly marked as final sale at checkout.

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the payment channel available for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Store credit may be offered as an optional alternative when accepted by the customer.

8. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation by contacting concierge@calibertimepieces.com as soon as possible after placing the order.

If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or handed to a fulfillment partner or carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the customer may request a return after delivery, subject to this Refund Policy.

9. Shipping Delays

Our estimated delivery time is 9 to 21 business days.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped or delivered within the estimated timeframe, we may contact the customer with updated information and available options, in accordance with applicable rules for online orders.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a customer opens a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider, we may be unable to process a separate refund while the dispute remains open. Once the dispute is resolved, we will follow the outcome determined by the payment provider.
